What is your return policy?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure you are completely satisfied. Store credit will be issued. Scruples Boutique will provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. Scruples Boutique will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customer will pay return shipping charges unless it is the wrong or damaged item.
Discounted items will be a Final Sale.  Thank you!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
